ABK takes the protection of your Personal Data seriously. We treat your Personal Data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this Data Protection Policy.

Collected Data and its Transmission

This website can be used without providing any Personal Data.

Personal Data is information about the factual or personal circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your name, your telephone number or your address.

ABK collects Personal Data when using the contact form. The use of the contact form is voluntary. If the contact form is used, the data entered here by the user (including name, contact and communication data such as telephone number and e-mail address) will be stored temporarily on a server set up in Germany and transmitted to ABK in Asia. Although the EU has not yet adopted an adequacy decision for the respective countries, we assure you that we will adhere to an appropriate level of data protection in the handling of your Personal Data. The Personal Data transmitted to us in this context will be used exclusively for processing the respective inquiries. The transmission is based on Consent given when using the contact form. You can revoke your Consent to the transfer at any time. Please contact the designated contact person listed below. The legality of data processing based on Consent until revocation is not affected by this. If no legal archival obligation exists, the ABK will immediately delete your Personal Data and destroy all possibly existing copies if their knowledge is no longer necessary for the purposes described in this Data Protection Policy.

In addition, ABK collects data regarding browser type, browser version, operating system used and previously visited websites of the user, which are automatically transmitted to us by your browser in anonymous form. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the content you have requested from websites and is mandatory when using the Internet. This data is not data that can be associated with your Personal Data. The data is collected purely for statistical purposes and in a form that does not allow individualisation. After evaluation, but no later than four weeks after collection, these anonymised data will be deleted.

Confidentiality

ABK treats your Personal Data confidentially. ABK will not pass on Personal Data to third parties within and outside the ABK network without the user's Consent.

Your Rights

You are entitled to access your Personal Data stored by us at any time and free of charge. Furthermore, you have the right to demand a correction of your Personal Data, to block or restrict the processing of your Personal Data or to have your Personal Data erased. You also have the right to request the transmission of your Personal Data to another Controller at any time. To exercise your rights, please contact the designated contact person listed below.

In the event that you have given us your Consent to the collection of your Personal Data, you can revoke your Consent at any time with effect for the future by sending a corresponding message to the designated contact person listed below.

You also have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data by us at any time for reasons arising from your individual situation. For this purpose, please contact the designated contact person listed below in written form. 

You also have the right to complain to the competent regulatory authority or to the designated contact listed below if you believe that your Personal Data has been processed illegally or without sufficient legal basis or that your rights described above have not been implemented correctly.
